This picture is a mystery.  It was found in an auction box and
given to me.  I found that the mine/mill was South of Zincville!
From the 1925 Mining Directory:

WEST VIRGINIA—See Moose Mining Company.
 

MOOSE MINING COMPANY—1902 Joplin Street,
Joplin, Missouri.   Capacity 200 tons.   Mill, Lead
color.   Description of land, N. 1-2 of N. W. 1-4 of

S. E. 1-4, Section 22, Township 29, Range 23. Located
1 mile south of Zincville, Oklahoma.
