| I recently received some very well written, informative, articles from the Kansas City Star newspaper. They were written in the early fifties. One especially, written Feb. 15, 1950, concerning the events leading up to the condemnation of four blocks on Main Street, Picher, should be read by everyone. Since I know a little about copyright laws (being a publisher) I contacted the Kansas City Star about posting said article on this website. Here is their requirements:
Needless to say, you ain't going to see that article, nor any others from the Kansas City Star, on this website, nor in any book I may write. This is just to let you know that if you see a Kansas City Star article on a website or in a book, somebody paid dearly for it, or are breaking the law.
