Bill is the Director of the Research Center, Oklahoma Historical Society,
and we have known him for a number of years.

I thought I should post this picture, as there has been some doubts voiced as to whether
I actually knew anyone in the Oklahoma State Historical Society.

This should lay those doubts aside for good.
Bill has been kind enough to visit Cardin twice, so far, to interview people from our fair town.
I thought it was time Cardin stood up and got recognized along with Picher, without all
the sensationalism Picher has been getting.  In other words, "JUST DO IT!"
